This workshop welcomes expectant mothers of all trimesters and experience levels. The session combines discussion, reflection, meditation, and an adaptable yoga flow designed to strengthen the body and prepare participants mentally and physically for labor and postpartum recovery.
Connect with your body, cultivate confidence, and build community with other expecting mothers in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're in your first trimester or approaching your due date, the practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
