This is more than a run. It’s a complete wellness experience.

Join YogaSix Leander, Free Spirit Outlet & Fleet Feet for a curated afternoon of movement, recovery, and community.

Each participant will receive a Free Spirit activewear set and expert instruction on proper warm-up and post-run recovery focused on mobility and myofascia release.

Ever wondered what a proper warm-up + cool down can actually do?

Here's the glow up plan:

  • Pick up your Free Spirit set & look cute!
  • Dynamic Warm-Up to get the body moving
  • 1-mile run - Run it fast, run it slow, but either way HAVE FUN!
  • 45 minutes runner's mobility and myofascial release
  • You will recieve a Goodie Bag with toe spacers and 3 Raffle Tickets for to enter and hopeully win various prizes
  • Post-Run cold plunge - cool down after the sweat!
  • Full wellness hangout with complimentary chair massages, tea bar, jewerly pop-up, fairy strands, & MORE!

Whether you run often or simply want to be part of a unique fitness and recovery event, this experience is open to all bodies & paces.
