Spring has a way of filling every corner of the calendar. This treatment is an invitation to put some of it down. Open Hands is for the person who has been pushing, producing, and holding it all together β and is ready to let the body remember what rest feels like.
Treatments will nourish the Spleen and Stomach channels, ease the mental fatigue that comes from overextending, and support the nervous system in shifting out of overdrive.

Each participant receives an individualized treatment within the group setting.

π Important: You MUST sign up to participate. When you register, youβll select a specific start time. That is the time your treatment begins. Each treatment lasts about 45 minutes.
