Hosted by Kuya Wellness
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore both what we eat and how we eat to promote greater blood sugar regulation, gut health, and overall wellbeing.
We'll discuss how everyday food choices can influence stress physiology, mood, focus, and recovery, and you'll leave with simple, evidence-informed tips you can starting using in your everyday life.
What To Expect
In this guided workshop, we’ll explore the connection between nutrition and the nervous system through an accessible, whole-person lens. You’ll learn how the foods you choose can help support stable energy, balanced blood sugar, healthy brain function, gut health, and the body's stress response.
We’ll also discuss the often-overlooked role of how we eat, including pace, presence, and the eating environment and how these habits can influence digestion and nervous system regulation. During the session, we’ll conclude with a brief mindful eating practice to experience these concepts firsthand.
