Get ready to move, groove, and let loose in person with this Summer Groove Revival Series at Cypress Falls Event Center. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience where there are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no dance experience required. Instead of focusing on how you look, the goal is to listen to the music, tune into your body, and move in whatever way feels natural in the moment.

This is a chance to quiet your busy mind, reduce stress, express emotions, connect with yourself and others, and experience the freedom of dancing as if nobody is watching.

Stay after to take a dip in Cypress Falls (swim band included with all local ticket purchases) or grab a drink and some grub at the Dark Skies Tavern!
