Kundalini Yoga & Gong Healing

Kundalini Yoga & Gong Healing is an early morning practice led by Madeleine T. that combines dynamic breathwork (pranayama), movement (kriya), meditation, and mantra, followed by a deeply healing Gong Bath.

The class opens with tuning in and warm-up exercises, then moves into a kundalini kriya β€” a specific set of exercises designed to work on a particular aspect of the body or mind. The kriya includes dynamic breathing patterns, repetitive movements, and held postures that build energy and focus.

The second half features a Gong Bath β€” a powerful sound healing experience where the vibrations of the gong wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, clearing energetic blockages, and facilitating healing on a cellular level. The gong's complex overtones create a sonic environment that shifts brainwave states, often leading to profound meditative experiences.

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat and comfortable clothing (white is traditional but not required)
  • Water bottle
  • Head covering (optional, traditional in Kundalini practice)

All levels welcome. Drop-in rate: $18 all-day pass. Unlimited monthly membership: $99/mo.
