Into the Cold is a carefully sequenced nervous system experience
that uses three powerful modalities : ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, and cold
immersion to help you arrive, regulate, and leave feeling more connected to yourself
than when you walked in.
We begin with ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, shared slowly and
intentionally to help you settle in, open, and mark the transition from the outside world
into this space. Cacao isn't just a drink here, it's a ritual of arrival.
From there, we move into a guided breathwork journey designed to warm and
activate the body from the inside. You'll be led through a progressive breathing
sequence that builds internal heat, clears the nervous system, and creates a felt sense
of readiness, not urgency.
Then comes the cold.
The guided cold exposure portion is paced, supported, and trauma-aware. You'll enter the water with a breath anchor already in place and a facilitator present throughout. The
focus isn't endurance. It isn't willpower. It's learning to stay present and regulated
when your body wants to react, a skill that translates far beyond the plunge.
This is cold exposure approached from a place of support, not conquest. Participants
are always invited to self-pace, and nothing is required. Tea is available for those who
prefer not to drink cacao.
