HUM: A 360Β° SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE

Join us for the fourth edition of HUM at a private luxury estate, featuring an immersive evening of sound, ritual, and restoration in partnership with Body Mastery.
HUM is a multi-dimensional sound healing experience featuring four experienced sound healers surrounding participants in a 360Β° formation using a variety of instruments to guide a deeply restorative sonic journey designed to regulate the nervous system, encourage release, and cultivate presence.
The evening will also include meditation, breathwork, a blue lotus tea ceremony, and access to the retreat property amenities including pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge spaces to enjoy throughout the evening.
