Higher-Self Sundays are:

• Self Development & Restorative Justice Healing Arts & Wellness Events
• Deep dive sessions for the individuals who are truly ready to see themselves, to make big changes, take leaps, uncover blockages, and heal.

Higher-Self Workshops Focus Areas:

• The Shadow Work Workshop series allow a supportive container to be created to work on shining a light on inner child healing and growth.
• The Self Expression Workshop provides a space for everyone to express their emotions through a physical form of art such as singing, dancing, jamming, sound, music, and spoken word.

Engaging in deep self-inquiry, these transformational Higher-Self Workshops integrate diverse psychological and spiritual methods to aid in the rediscovery of aspects of ourselves that may have been forgotten.
