This experience is designed for the woman who is always giving⦠and is ready, even just for an hour, to receive.

β’ Gentle guided grounding to help you fully arrive
β’ A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal bowls and healing tones
β’ A calm, cozy atmosphere designed with candlelight and aromatherapy for total relaxation
β’ Space to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within
β’ No movement required. Just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.

Come with your mom, mom friend, or mom figure; bring someone you love; or come solo.
AGES 12 and up are welcome. Open to moms, moms-to-be, fur baby moms, and anyone who craves quality time.
