Our relationship with our mother—whether present, absent, loving, or complicated—shapes the way we see ourselves, receive love, and feel safe in the world. For many, this connection holds unspoken wounds—patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling not enough.
In this guided EFT tapping experience, we’ll gently explore and release what has been stored in the body, creating space for healing and new ways of being.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or “Tapping,” combines Chinese medicine and modern psychology to calm the nervous system, lower stress hormones, and support the release of unresolved emotional patterns. By tapping on meridian points, we help the body shift into safety—where true healing and rewiring can occur.
In this session, you’ll be supported to:
• Release emotional tension connected to the mother wound
• Bring compassion to younger parts of yourself
• Shift limiting beliefs around worthiness and love
• Reconnect with your inner sense of safety and self-trust
