Hatha Yoga & Meditation is a Saturday morning practice led by Keli D. that combines Tantra Hatha Yoga with yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and mantra.

This traditional approach to Hatha Yoga emphasizes the balance of opposites β€” sun and moon, effort and surrender, strength and flexibility. The practice is grounded in the tantric tradition which views the body as a sacred vehicle for spiritual growth.

What to Expect

  • Opening mantra β€” Chanting to create sacred space
  • Pranayama β€” Breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind
  • Asana practice β€” Classical yoga postures held with awareness and breath
  • Meditation β€” Guided healing meditation for inner peace
  • Closing β€” Savasana and integration

Unlike flow-style yoga, Hatha emphasizes holding postures for longer periods, allowing you to develop stability, alignment, and inner awareness. This is a nurturing start to your Saturday morning.

All levels welcome. Drop-in rate: $18 all-day pass. Unlimited monthly membership: $99/mo.
