Halloween Sound Bath Experience!

Under the hush of Halloween, settle in for a sound journey woven with gentle owl calls, distant wolf howls and soft roll of thunder and rain. Let these grounded earthy textures wash over you, inviting calm, balance, a and little seasonal magic.

Just a few reminders:

• Yoga mat and blanket will be provided
• For added comfort, feel free to bring a pillow and extra blankets.

• Arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time. The studio is rented before and after our session, so we want to be respectful of everyone's scheduled time and avoid any delays.
• The doors will be locked 10 minutes after the session begins. Unfortunately, no one will be available in the office to let anyone in once the doors are locked, so late arrivals won't be able to enter.
