UPDATE: Due to a concert next door, doors will now open at 8:45 PM with our Full Moon arrival ritual, oracle cards, and intention setting. We'll begin our moon flow at 9:00 PM (when the concert ends), followed by our meditation and sound experience once the nearby concert has fully wrapped up.

Meet us on the rooftop for an evening of movement, reflection, and connection beneath the full moon.

Each month, we gather at Austin's first rooftop yoga studio for a Full Moon Experience designed to help you slow down, release what's no longer serving you, and reconnect with yourself and your community.

Your evening will include:

Arrive & Ground: Settle into the space, connect with others, and ease into the evening as we create an atmosphere of intention and presence.

Intention Setting: Pull an oracle card and take a few quiet moments to reflect on what you're calling in, and what you're ready to let go of. Leave with a journal prompt to meditate further at home,

Full Moon Flow: Move through an all-levels yoga practice inspired by the energy of the full moon, inviting balance, openness, and renewal.

Candlelit Sound Bath: We'll close the evening with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and at peace.

Whether you're seeking clarity, community, or simply a beautiful way to spend an evening under the stars, this experience is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that will help you stay comfortable outdoors after sunset.
