Join Us for a FREE Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Experience!

led by Heather Hollis and Lisa DeLand. This free community class is designed to help you unwind, reset, and restore through soothing vibrational sound.

During this one‑hour session, Heather and Lisa will guide you through a calming sound journey intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, and inner balance. Whether you're new to sound baths or a longtime practitioner, all are welcome.

Important:
Please bring your own yoga mat (and any additional comfort items such as a blanket or pillow). Mats will not be provided, and you’ll want to be comfortable as you settle in for the experience.
