A 90-minute journey from movement to stillness. We'll open with a gentle flow to warm the body and release what the week has built up, then transition into yoga nidra β a guided state of conscious rest that drops you deeper than sleep β all held together with live sound healing throughout.
You'll leave feeling reset, restored, and lighter than when you walked in.
Open to all levels. No experience with Nidra or sound healing necessary β just bring yourself and something comfortable to lie on.
