What To Expect
Join us for our First Responder Reset Day, a full day created for the people who spend so much of their lives showing up for others. This experience is $25 to all first responders (normally $65) This special rate is available to firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, nurses, police officers, dispatchers, military members, and healthcare workers.
Come when it works for you. Whether you're stopping in before a shift, decompressing afetrward, or spending part of your Sunday recovering, you're welcome to move through Kuya's space at your own pace.
Expect a relaxed environment centered around restoration, meaningful conversation, and community connection with like-minded people who deserve a reset most!
What’s included:
- sauna and cold plunge access
- recovery lounge access
- complimentary tea
- community-focused evening for first responders
What to bring:
- comfortable clothing for post sauna
- water bottle
- swimsuit for cold plunge/sauna
Space is limited to preserve the atmosphere and experience. Advance RSVP is recommended.
This event is $25 for all first responders.
