Ecstatic Movement Meditation

A substance-free, kid-friendly ecstatic dance experience held every other Saturday evening in East Austin.

Three Core Guidelines

• Dance barefoot – connect with the ground beneath you
• Communicate through body language – maintain the meditative state by keeping verbal communication minimal
• Dance as you are – no phones, cameras, drugs, alcohol, scents, expectations, or judgments

Schedule

• 7:00 PM – Doors open
• 7:15 PM – Warm-up
• 7:20 PM – Introduction & Intentions
• 7:30 PM – Musical Journey
• 8:50 PM – Closing Circle

$20 at the door (cash or Venmo). Includes cacao, vegetables, and fruit. Free parking available with bright lights directing you to the studio.
