A substance-free, kid-friendly ecstatic dance experience held every other Saturday evening in East Austin.
Three Core Guidelines
- Dance barefoot – connect with the ground beneath you
- Communicate through body language – maintain the meditative state by keeping verbal communication minimal
- Dance as you are – no phones, cameras, drugs, alcohol, scents, expectations, or judgments
Schedule
- 7:00 PM – Doors open
- 7:15 PM – Warm-up
- 7:20 PM – Introduction & Intentions
- 7:30 PM – Musical Journey
- 8:50 PM – Closing Circle
$20 at the door (cash or Venmo). Includes cacao, vegetables, and fruit. Free parking available with bright lights directing you to the studio.
