Downshift is a 90-minute immersive nervous system experience designed to guide your body out of constant "go mode" and into a state of regulation, safety, and restoration.
Together, we'll explore the foundations of nervous system health through guided discussion, reflection, and a custom Downshift workbook before moving into an embodied practice of myofascial release, slow yin shapes, breathwork, somatic techniques, and sound.
Throughout the experience, you'll learn how to:
β’ release stored tension and stress patterns held within the body
β’ increase your capacity to feel, process, and respond rather than react
β’ access true rest (not just collapse or exhaustion)
β’ understand what regulation actually feels like in your body
β’ build a more resilient nervous system that can better navigate everyday stress
Following the Downshift Framework, you'll leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of your unique stress patterns, regulation needs, and recovery practices. Think of this as receiving the first half of a Nervous System Insight Session, helping you identify where your body may be asking for more support while experiencing regulation in real time.
You'll leave feeling more grounded, restored, and connected to yourself, with simple practices you can immediately integrate into everyday life.
