Divine Embodiment is a Sacred Feminine practice that invites you to experience your body as a living instrument to commune with the Divine and receive wisdom.
Through a series of layered, embodied principles, you’ll learn how to draw Source energy into the body and gently dissolve blockages, opening pathways for healing, clarity, and deeper connection with Self. Each principle is both a sacred truth and a practical tool, guiding you into greater presence through awareness, movement, and breath. Approached with curiosity and fascination, the practice unfolds like a dance - each layer building upon the last as you allow your attention to rest on the principle you are engaging with in the moment. Breath remains the constant foundation throughout, creating the bridge that allows the body to soften, open, and receive Divine wisdom.
The class will begin and close with a holographic sound bath led by Paige, allowing the body to integrate and deepen into the experience
