In times of uncertainty, conflict, and collective tension, a profound question arises: how do we maintain clarity and steadiness of mind in the midst of chaos?
In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, we will explore reflections from the Yoga Sutras on the obstacles of the mind and how these inner disturbances shape the way we think, act, and perceive life.
Alongside this study, we will practice a traditional kriya meditation passed down through yogic teachings, designed to help dissolve mental obstacles and restore clarity and steadiness in the mind. This kriya offers five different approaches depending on the challenges we face, and you will learn how to apply this practice in your own life.
This workshop is open to beginners curious to explore yoga beyond postures, as well as dedicated practitioners and yoga teachers wishing to deepen their practice through philosophy and meditation.
