Dharma Talk with Pat Yingst

Hosted by Austin Zen Center

Join the Austin Zen Center for a Dharma talk with AZC Lay Entrusted Teacher Pat Yingst. Dharma talks are a central part of Zen practice, offering teachings on Buddhist philosophy, meditation practice, and how to bring mindfulness into daily life.

Pat Yingst is a respected Lay Entrusted Teacher at the Austin Zen Center, having practiced in the Soto Zen tradition for many years. Her talks weave together traditional Zen teachings with practical wisdom for navigating the challenges and joys of everyday life.

The talk is held as part of the Saturday morning program at the Austin Zen Center. All are welcome to attend, whether you are a long-time practitioner or simply curious about Zen Buddhism. The Austin Zen Center is a Soto Zen community dedicated to the practice of zazen and the cultivation of wisdom and compassion.
