Looking for an evening of deep rest and nervous system reset?
Join Dillon for a workshop that weaves together long-held yin postures, guided meditation, and an immersive sound bath to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Weβll begin with grounding yin shapes designed to gently open the hips, spine, and shoulders while encouraging stillness and breath awareness. From there, youβll be guided into a yoga nidra practice β a deeply restorative meditation done lying down β allowing the body to rest while the mind moves toward clarity and ease.
The evening will close with a sound bath experience, using layered tones and vibrations to support integration and deep relaxation.
This is not about stretching deeper or βdoingβ more. Itβs about creating space β physically, mentally, and emotionally β so your system can recalibrate.
No experience necessary. Dress cozy and bring a mat, water, and/or anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, bolster, eye pillow).
