Deep Release: Somatic Breathwork for Release & Inner Processing
A supportive space to slow down, settle in, and loosen what's been held in the body.
We use the breath as a tool, a steady, rhythmic sweep through the body. Like a broom, it moves through the tight places, the noise, the layers that have quietly built up. Not to force anything out, but to make space.
Space for clarity. Space for softness. Space to feel more like yourself again.

Somatic Breathwork (45 min) β A deep, intentional, continuous in-and-out breath pattern designed to detox the body and mind, and support deep release and inner processing.
The breath pattern is simple and intentional, designed to support the nervous system while gently opening space for release.. physically, emotionally, or mentally.
There will be music, periods of guidance, and time to be with your experience. Some people feel sensation in the body, emotional release, or a sense of lightness. Others just rest more deeply than they have in a while.
