Deep Peace Concert in the Dark w/Radiohead , Beatles and Beyond + Reiki

Hosted by Will Taylor

Deep Peace is a live music and Reiki experience for just 35 people with music by Radiohead, Beatles, and Beyond.

๐Ÿ“ AUSTIN โ€” Concerts in the Dark invites you into Deep Peace: a live music and Reiki experience for 35 humans on Wednesday, June 10th, featuring orginal music, and songs by Radiohead and the Beatles.

Imagine a sound-bath concert โ€” world-class string musicians playing by candlelight, the room hushed and open, with optional mini-Reiki sessions offered to those who want one as they rest on the floor.
Following a short sound-bowl opening, Will Taylor and Strings Attached will play acoustic renditions of Radiohead, the Beatles, and more. Songs you may already carry in you, felt in a way you've never quite experienced them.

This isn't a concert you watch. It's a space you're welcomed into.

Free cacao greets you at the door, and poetry and spiritual quotes are woven gently through the evening. Bring a journal, and let yourself arrive slowly โ€” the meet and greet before the music begins is part of the gift.

When the music finally rests, those who wish to will share: a soft, unhurried moment of real connection.

We're keeping the space intentionally intimate โ€” around 35 people โ€” so the room stays open, calm, and genuinely close.

Come as you are.

You just might leave feeling like yourself again โ€” maybe for the first time in a while.

Original music by show creator Will Taylor, inspired by Radiohead and the Beatles will also be interwoven into the show.

This is a different kind of concert, beginning and ending in darkness, with live music and a poem or two wrapping around you like a cozy blanket, soothing your soul.

For over 35 years, thousands of discerning experience-seekers have stepped into the imaginative world of Will Taylor, delighting in performances that blur boundaries, awaken the senses, and reveal music in unforgettable, unexpected ways.

"The music and setting was "other worldly"

I live in Austin & Love Will Taylor and his music. Even in a town like Austin where musicians are on every corner, Will Stands out With his unique collaborations and concerts, He truly is "One of a Kind." Thank you Will. Please keep your awesome and unique music coming!!!! YOU would be sorely missed were you to leave!!! -Pam B, Ph.D

Thanks for the unbelievable musical service. Will, you take us kicking and connecting with new people who love music and natural life! Then Tony captured the beauty of classical guitar, which for me was delightful, secret toe wiggling while lying on my mat, housed in dark AC while visually surrounded by elms and willows. The hands on energy touch upon request, was an amazing bonus. Can't get any better. Dr. Patty and Bob

Will, last night's show was magnificent. Now I remember why I felt at home when I came to Austin in 1980. There is something precious here, (Holy, actually) and you are a part of that. Thank you. Shara T.

More audience testimonials for Will Taylor

"Wow, we are so grateful to you for such an incredible evening. George and I were so high from the creative energy and the almost other-worldly sense of collaboration. What a divine life you have to be able to participate in such moments of group creativity. It made me jealous that my work world is so isolated. Ah well, it was just heavenly to be part of the experience. We can't wait for the next Strings Attached concert."

Sarah Bird, award winning author

"Once again, very magical and heart felt music, we can feel it when it comes from your hearts, because like tuning, it strikes our chords as well and moves us." - Dan

"The ensemble is fantastic. Each player is very gifted and adds to the whole. No one dominates or over plays. You are the best group I've heard in Austin in a long while." - Becky M.
