Hosted by Mind and Movement Austin
Most couples don’t realize they’re already dancing.
Every relationship has a rhythm. Someone leans in. Someone pauses. Sometimes the movement feels effortless. Other times it’s a little clumsy.
The Embodied Partner Experience invites couples to notice the dance they’re already in—and experiment with new ways of moving together.
Through simple partner dance, playful relational exercises, and guided moments of reflection, couples explore connection in a way that is lighthearted, curious, and surprisingly revealing.
You don’t need dance experience.
You don’t need to be “good” at anything.
You just need to be willing to move, notice, and explore together.
This isn’t therapy.
And it’s not a typical dance class either.
Think of it as a guided date-night experience that blends partner dance, expressive arts, and relational learning to help couples see their patterns—and their possibilities—from a new perspective.
When you can see the dance you’re in, you can begin to try new steps.
WHAT THE EVENING LOOKS LIKE
During the evening couples will experience:
• Simple partner dance instruction anyone can follow
• Playful connection exercises that explore communication and consent
• Guided moments of reflection and curiosity with your partner
• A few beautiful songs to practice what you’ve discovered together
Everything is facilitated step-by-step in a welcoming, relaxed environment. No one is put on the spot and no dance background is needed.
A SMALL, CURATED GROUP
This experience is intentionally limited to five couples.
Keeping the group small allows the evening to remain spacious, personal, and deeply engaging. Each couple receives individual attention and the experience stays relaxed rather than crowded.
Once the five spots are filled, registration will close and a waiting list will open.
