Community Yoga and Breathwork - Special Cacao Edition (Free!)

Special Cacao Edition - ONLY April 29!!

CAÚA culture will be providing a cacao ceremony before we jump into yoga & breathwork. Come learn about how cacao can be a part of grounded energy, clarity, and connection! Complementary cacao included!!

Come join us for yoga, breathwork, and community! All levels are welcome. This is a great event for you if you're interested in:

• Stress relief and relaxation
• Greater connection with yourself
• Strengthening your mind and body
• Meeting new people and building connection

Please wear comfortable athletic clothes, and bring a yoga mat + water. I will have extra mats if you need to borrow one. You are also encouraged to hang out, chat, and/or meet new people before and after the event :)

About Peter: I'm a certified yoga teacher, Wim Hof instructor, and Somatic Breathwork practitioner. I like to bring in multiple different perspectives when I teach. My style is to meet you where you are at, allowing space for whatever you need in the moment!
