CLEANSE is a guided multi-sensory experience designed to help you slow down, release stored stress, and reconnect with your body through movement, breath, sound, and contrast therapy.
This is not a typical yoga class. Itβs a curated reset for your nervous system, combining somatic yoga, meditation, sound healing, and a traditional banya sauna experience with an optional cold plunge.
What is a Banya + What to Expect
A banya is a steam-based sauna experience rooted in Russian tradition. Unlike dry saunas, it uses moist heat, creating a dense, warm environment that allows the body to open gradually and deeply.
As your body warms, circulation increases, muscles soften, and the natural detoxification process is supported through sweating. This heat helps release physical tension while also encouraging mental and emotional unwinding.
The experience is often paired with cold exposure through a cold plunge or cold shower. Moving between heat and cold creates a contrast therapy effect that helps stimulate circulation, awaken the body, and support the nervous system in resetting.
Throughout this experience, youβll be guided to stay present with your breath, listen to your body, and move at a pace that feels supportive for you.
Youβll be guided through practices that support deep release and regulation:

The heat of the sauna helps muscles soften and the body fully relax. The cold exposure then awakens and revitalizes, creating a powerful contrast that leaves you feeling clear, grounded, and renewed.
Youβll be supported throughout to move at your own pace, listen inward, and stay connected to your breath.

Wear a swimsuit under comfortable layers if you plan to use the sauna and cold plunge. Expect to move between heat, water, and rest, so bring warm layers and a change of clothes for after.
