Om shanti, sweet soul ✨ We are so excited that you're interested in joining our community club! Circle & Stir is designed to nurture creativity through the quiet power of ritual and routine.

Each meeting will include:

• Somatic movement. Malika will gently guide us through a grounding body scan, followed by gentle movement and breathwork to help us arrive: body, mind, and spirit.
• Prepare your cup of coffee or tea. This small ritual invites us to slow down and turn an everyday habit into a moment of presence before we settle.
• Journaling Circle. Once our mugs are full, we'll gather into a circle for journaling, thoughtful conversation, and quiet reflection before easing into our creative practice.
• Create together. Each session explores a different creative discipline (see weekly meeting schedule), offering space to help everyone discover the practices that nourish their spirit and support a more aligned creative life.

Together, we'll share the growing pains of creative work, celebrate the beauty of small, consistent practices, dream about what we're longing to make, and gently work through the blocks that arise along the way.
