Candlelight Yin Yoga is a late-night offering led by Maddy G. that features supported, grounded poses designed to ease you into a restful night's sleep.

This evening class is held by the soft glow of candlelight, creating an intimate and deeply calming atmosphere. Yin Yoga postures are held for 3–5 minutes each, targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia of the body. The slower pace and extended holds allow for profound physical release and mental quieting.

What Makes This Class Special

  • Candlelit atmosphere β€” Soft lighting to calm the nervous system and signal to your body that it's time to wind down
  • Long-held postures β€” Each pose is supported with props and held for extended periods
  • Minimal instruction β€” Once settled in a posture, the silence allows for deep introspection
  • Sleep preparation β€” The practice is specifically designed to prepare your body and mind for restful sleep

Bring layers or a blanket β€” the body cools during Yin practice. All levels welcome. This is the perfect way to close your Tuesday evening.
