Bloom: A Spring Mini Retreat for Relaxation, Intention Setting and Rejuvenation
Bloom is a mini retreat designed to help you release stress, nourish your body, and plant new intentions for the season ahead.
Through mindful movement, reflection, and healing sound, youβll create space for elevated emotions like gratitude, clarity, and inspiration. These are the emotional states where real transformation begins.
As nature awakens and new life begins to emerge, this experience invites you to pause and ask yourself: What am I ready to grow next?
The afternoon blends community, nourishment, and deep relaxation. You are welcome to start your mini-retreat with an early for a wholesome lunch at Casa De Luz and time to unwind before we gather for our yoga, intention ceremony, and sound bath experience.
12:45 β 1:00 PM | Check In
Arrive and settle into the Tranquility Room. Take a few quiet moments to land, breathe, and prepare for the experience. Doors close at 1.05PM to preserve the sanctity of the container. Please arrive on time.
1:00 β 1:45 PM | Gentle Yin Yoga
A slow and grounding Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for deeper reflection.
1:45 PM | Intention Setting Ceremony
A special and symbolic and grounding practice that connects your intentions with the energy of the earth and the new season.
2- 2:30 PM | Sound Bath
Relax deeply as the vibrations of crystal bowls and healing instruments wash over you, helping your body integrate the experience and settle into a state of calm and openness.
