at the beautiful AWKN Ranch, a sanctuary nestled among the live oaks of Austin Hill Country. Held between nature, stillness, and connection, this intentional space invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a day devoted entirely to yourself. Surrounded by open skies, sacred gathering spaces, sauna, cold plunge, and the beauty of the land.

Awaken HER is a full-day immersion for women to return to themselves. Through breathwork, Kundalini Life Force Activation, embodiment practices, movement, sisterhood, and deep restoration, we create space for release, renewal, and self-discovery.

When women come together, something opens. Quiet, alive, and deeply felt.

What is Kundalini Life Force Activation?

A powerful journey that works with sound, breath, and energy to awaken your body's natural energy (Life-Force). This experience can bring up sensations, emotions, movement, and deep release.

Curated layers of music, instruments, and energy weave together to help ignite processes of natural emotional unfolding, somatic release, and deep insight. This can help release built-up tension and shift patterns the body has been holding- allowing you tune into yourself in a whole new way.

As the process unfolds, many people find themselves feeling more present, clear, and connected to themselves.

To prepare for the Kundalini Life Force Activaion sessions:

• If this applies to you; NO alcohol, drugs, plant medicine, magic mushrooms or marijuana 24 hours before session

• Eat an early breakfast or light snack before the session. It is best to receive the transmissions on an empty or almost empty stomach. However always listen to your body and make sure you’re comfortable and not so hungry that it distracts you during the session

• Dress in comfortable clothes that you can move around in and bring a bottle of water. No pillows needed unless you have an injury and absolutely need them. It is best to receive the transmission with your spine straight

• It’s best NOT to have caffeine right before a session

• Please bring a bottle of water to hydrate

• to have the best experience, let go of any expectations of yourself, the session and your process :)
