Authentic Living: A Heart-Centered Reset

Hosted by Anahata Yoga Sanctuary

A gentle, embodied experience designed to help slowdown and reconnect with yourself, returning to what matters beneath the everyday noise.

This is a gentle, embodied experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to what matters beneath the noise of everyday life.

Through Grounding practices, guided reflection, journeying and intuitive exercises, we shift out of constant thinking and back into the heart where clarity, direction, and inner knowing naturally arise.

You'll walk away with:

Greater Awareness of what may be holding you back

A shift in perception and mindset--seeing your life from a wider, more empowered view

A renewed state of being (love, joy, freedom, clarity, ease, presence)

Insight into purpose, meaning, and what feels aligned now

A deeper connection to your inner knowing

Practical tools you can return to in daily life

Sunday, March 1st from 12:30 - 2:30 PM

$30 (discount for members apply)
