Mini Feel Day!
What happens when play meets presence?
Mini Feel Day is an interactive community experience where we mix field-day–style games with intentional nervous-system reset practices that are designed to break patterns, lower guards, and create real connection fast.
You’ll move, laugh, make eye contact with strangers, get a little uncomfortable (in a good way), and remember what it feels like to be in your body, not just your head.
Expect things like:
- Playful group challenges/field-day-style games that spark laughter and teamwork
- Partner and group experiences that build trust and awareness
- A guided, grounding practice to help everything land
This isn’t a workshop where you sit and listen. And it’s not a typical game night either.It’s an experience created to help you reset, reconnect, and feel more alive.
