Join us for an intimate morning weaving the healing resonance of sound with the precision of acupuncture. Evonne will guide the room through a deeply restorative sound bath session, while Dr. Jocelyne Vo — a state-licensed chiropractic acupuncture provider — works personally with each of the three participants, placing needles on specific points selected to release tension held in the neck and shoulders and invite the nervous system into a deeper state of calm.

This experience is for you if you carry tension in your neck and shoulders, struggle to fully unwind, or have been curious about acupuncture and want to experience it for the first time in the most supported setting possible.

What to Expect

You'll arrive and settle into a fully supported restorative pose — bolsters, blankets, props. As Evonne opens the sound space, Dr. Vo will move gently to each participant, placing a small number of fine needles at specific points: between the brows, on the hands, at the feet. You may notice a mild sensation as each needle settles. It passes quickly. From there, nothing is asked of you. The sound carries the rest.
