The Art of Body Oiling β¨ A Sensory Ritual for Self-Care, Connection & Presence
~
A lovely, sensory experience in an intimate setting devoted to slowing down and feeling more connected to your body.
~
Inspired by Abhyanga, the Ayurvedic ritual of anointing the body with warm oil as a practice of nourishment and self-care. In Sanskrit, sneha can refer to both oil and love or affection- beautifully capturing the spirit of the practice.
~
Weβll begin the evening with tea and a guided meditation before moving into a guided body-oiling ritualβan intentional practice of applying warm oil to your own body while exploring sensation, touch, and awareness.
~
Weβll close the evening with a sound bath led by @darz.world, giving you space to simply receive and integrate.
