Writing prompts invites internal dialog and wisdom. Scientific concepts regarding Nervous System Reset, Fascia Release and HRV are highlighted to help anchor the importance of the mind, body, spirit connection. The session culminates in somatic movement which moves into ecstatic dance for the opportunity to embody all of the concepts, celebrate the moment and have fun!
