Join Jessica Lee Reader at Conestee Nature Preserve for an hour-long gentle yoga and meditation class overlooking East Bay Lake.

Join Jessica for a nourishing yoga and meditation experience at Conestee Nature Preserve. This special class invites you to reconnect with nature, quiet your mind, and move your body with intention.

We’ll begin with a gentle, mindful walk through the forest, immersing in the sights and sounds of nature. Then, we’ll settle on our mats at the peaceful dock overlooking East Bay Lake for a yoga flow infused with mindfulness and meditation.

Jessica welcomes all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. You'll be guided through movements that build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being—leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply connected to yourself and nature.

Come as you are, breathe deeply, and embrace this opportunity to pause, move, and be present in a truly serene setting.

The Event Details:
• Cost: $17 per participant (proceeds help support Conestee Nature Preserve).
• Age Requirement: 18+
• Location: Conestee Nature Preserve, 840 Mauldin Park Rd, Greenville, SC, 29607.
• Parking: Meet at Lake Entrance (first lot after baseball fields on Ridge Road – Entrance B on the map).

• Meeting Time: Gather at Lake Entrance B at 9:40 a.m. The nature hike to the East Bay Observation Deck starts at 9:45 a.m., followed by the yoga session at 10 a.m.
• What to Bring: Yoga mat, water thermos, sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and closed-toed shoes for the walk through the forest. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly.
• In the Event of Bad Weather: Event changes due to weather will be communicated via email the day before.Spaces are limited – sign up today!
