A guided breath workshop, connecting us to the depth of our being, where deep healing, astral projection and traveling into higher dimensions is possible. In this transformational experience, not only can healing and releasing of trapped emotions/trauma can occur, but it can also be a spiritual practice which can allow you to move beyond your mind and body and help you connect to your inner self. Many people who practice thi breathwork experience spiritual awakenings and the ultimate state of mediation and relaxation. There will be sound healing facilitated during the process to harmonize and integrate.
