Every Sunday join us at 8 am with Tiffany Ngo and ease into your morning with this slow-not to slow- flow yoga class. Through a gentle flow of asanas, you’ll focus on breath, alignment, and body awareness, allowing space for introspection and rejuvenation. This class is perfect for all levels, offering a practice that invites a little challenge while calms the mind and opens the heart. Leave feeling grounded, centered, and ready to embrace the week ahead
