About the Event ✨
Sensory Alchemy & Inner Child Play
Your hosts will guide a sensory healing exercise dedicated to tapping into ourselves & our bodies. We’ll continue to explore our connection to our bodies through playful inner child yoga & breath work. We’ll then transition into our art activity with an herbal tea to promote self love & self care. As we continue to love & care for ourselves we’ll think of a part of our body that may need a little more love, care, & affection. We’ll sculpt this part of our body using air dry clay incorporating any elements that resonate. As the clay dries, we will have a sound bath so that the healing vibrations and energy of the space can dry into the clay. We will close our space by honoring and celebrating our creations, sharing affirmations & touring the works in the gallery.
We will be providing all art materials, light refreshments, and herbal offerings. Yoga mats and blocks are available in limited supply. Please let us know if you would like us to set one aside for you.
To support your practice, please bring:
•Natural materials you resonate with to incorpate into your sculpture (I.e. stones, crystals, leaves, shells, etc)
•A yoga mat or floor cushion to get comfortable on during our stretch session
•Please wear comfortable clothing & bring water & any grounding materials you'd like to incorporate into your practice
