About Event

Seasonal Tea & Sound - Herbal Tea and Sound Bath

Join us for herbal tea, restorative sound bath, and community, at each equinox and solstice in 2025. In person in Oakland CA.

Join us at every equinox and solstice for a seasonal herbal tea tasting and centering sound bath with Sarah of Shoreline Healing Experience and Shiny of ancestral.time. Participants will take home a supportive tea blend and holistic well-being zine.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mask, yoga mat and/or blanket and mug if you'd like. Some mugs and masks will be available.
