I guide and hold space for Rebirthing Breathwork, which is a Conscious, Connected, Circular Breathwork. I also incorporate various instruments such as drums, rattles, singing bowls, koshi chimes or other melodic and rhythmic instruments, and collaborate with other amazing healers in multiple modalities. I see private clients in Austin, Texas and also virtually.

I am a trained and certified Breathwork facilitator in the lineage of Leonard Orr (The Father of Rebirthing Breathwork) and Clarity Breathwork! I was fortunate to be part of a Year-Long Seminar with Leonard in 2016, and I did immersive training with Clarity Breathwork in Costa Rica, Northern California, Bali, and virtually! I have over 500+ hours of Breathwork Training. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures you receive the best possible support during your sessions. I'm doing the work too! I'm always a student of breathwork, always learning, going to breathwork workshops and retreats, and most importantly, doing the work myself by having private 1:1 breathwork sessions with my various breathwork teachers and mentors.
