About Event
Natural Movement Foundations
High intensity workout for folks interested in building and increasing foundational strength, mobility, agility and coordination, with added focus on embodiment, balance, and grace. Workouts are based in the conditioning system of the signature self-defense stye of PGB White Crane Kung Fu, and will feature centuries-old natural movement techniques that target core strength and small (often neglected) muscle groups that support joint health. All levels of fitness experience and body types are welcome. Instruction will be tuned for individual needs, and provide everyone a growth path whether you’re here to supplement other movement practices, or want to deepen work with us.
Our goal is for you to experience practical health benefits in short time, whether its stress relief, more stability in everyday movement like standing, sitting, and walking (and transitioning between them), getting your daily cardio boost for longevity, or a vigorous muscle burn.
