I stepped into a yoga studio over 11 years ago and it slowly started to transform me. I began attending trainings, workshops, and retreats that helped me become who I am today. As a Salvadoran-American with Mayan & Pipil roots, I want to show that Latinas can help heal others through ancestral practices and my very own mystical meditation.

Mystical Meditation + Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath
We come together as a community to reset, revitalize, and expand our minds 👁️
Tea Ceremony or herbal* ~ micro functional tea with cacao served ceremonially (double dose tickets available for those looking for a deeper connection). *Micro is optional, those with sensitivities will be served an herbal tea to join in on the ceremony.
Breathwork ~ 20 minutes of intentional breathing that will help balance your nervous system. Breathwork helps to move toxins, energy, and tension in the body.
Guided Meditation + Sound Journey ~ 30 minutes of guided meditation with crystal bowl sound healing directed to your chakras. Feel completely realigned after this experience.
We'll work with visualizations and connecting to our radiant self. After our journey we will integrate our experience, you'll leave with a renewed sense of self.
