An experienced healer of many modalities, Bebe has over a decade leading small groups and 1:1 healing sessions. You can expect to connect with your body and your subtle energy system. The OOMHZ chocolate we provide is hand crafted by David using sustainable and ethical practices. This recipe includes honey as the sweetener.

The workshop will start with an altar setting, please bring an item to add - you will take it back home with you. It can be an item from your own sacred space or a found item from nature. We will set intentions together and open the shared space.

You will be guided in a Breathing Meditation and Cacao tasting.

The sound healing portion of this event is a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath meant to help you access parasympathetic states and lower your cortisol (stress) levels.

About the studio : This is a yoga studio with plenty of parking in the lot. The floors are padded, please wear comfortable clothes

It's ideal to refrain from eating one hour before the start of the event for maximum access to states of deep rest in your nervous system. This will also ensure you feel the chakra opening effects of the cacao.
