Body Flow with Shauna uses the wisdom of your body to heal naturally. Somatic movement (dance) supports a deeper awareness of the nervous system and how stress, and chronic illness affects emotional regulation. Through this mindful movement practice you will be able to train your brain and teach your body to heal itself so you can be liberated, feel limitless and have long lasting physical health and mental fitness.

Shauna Monique is an embodied dance and wellness coach from Brooklyn, New York who specializes in somatic movement, inspirational dance, and fun fitness. Her expertise as a speech therapist for over 25 years, and experience with chronic illness fuels her passion to teach black women who struggle with anxiety, and gut issues how to use breathwork, sound, movement and faith in God to not just heal but live a life of true abundance.
