Step into a world of vibrant celebration at Holifest, a BIPOC kink party inspired by "Holi," the joyous festival celebrated by Hindus and non-Hindus alike. Holi marks the arrival of spring: a season of renewal, growth, and new beginnings. Together, we honor this rich tradition by embracing the themes of love, colors, and the blossoming energy of spring while offering a unique twist: a safe and inclusive space for the wider BIPOC community to celebrate erotic freedom through kink!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Celebrate love, life, and liberation with us at Holifest! A festival of colors reimagined for the BIPOC kink community! Enjoy the sounds of traditional Holi music, immerse yourself in Indian-inspired decor, and connect with others who share your passion for culture, connection, and sensual exploration!

The night begins with our Opening Circle, where we’ll gather as a community to set intentions, align on consent, and prepare to explore the spaces designed to celebrate Black and Brown sensuality. As the night goes on, body paintings will be provided to help you unleash your inner expressions through colour!

After the opening circle, we will gather together for the enactment of our very own Holika Dahan Ritual! A fiery performance that you won’t want to miss! Throughout the night, you can manifest your intentions at the Desire Board, where you can share your fantasies and send them out into the universe.

WHO CAN ATTEND

Obsidian Playground is an intentional, BIPOC-centered space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color of all genders and orientations. If you do not identify as BIPOC, you may attend only if you are accompanying a BIPOC partner. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the comfort or safety of the space. You must be 21+ to attend.

WHAT TO WEAR

Our dress code is inspired by Indian culture and the festive spirit of Holi with a blend of kink-friendly elements. We encourage the following:

💚Traditional Indian Attire: Sarees, lehengas, kurtas, salwar kameez, or dhotis with bright, festive colors.

💜Fet wear: Paired with Indian-inspired fabrics, embroidery, or accessories like bindis, bangles, anklets, jhumkas (Indian earrings), gajras (flower garlands), henna tattoos, or embellished chokers with Indian motifs.

🧡Sensual Attire: Leather, latex, or mesh in jewel tones or floral prints, celebrating the spring theme. Vibrant colors like saffron, magenta, turquoise, and lime green are encouraged.

Street clothing, jeans, workout gear, or casual wear will not be permitted. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who does not put in effort.
