What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a beautiful meditative concert-like experience where one would witness a certified Sound Healing Practitioner play harmonious notes and sounds created by using various musical instruments like Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Harps, Drums and other resonant instruments. While the participant is encouraged to sit or lay down in a comfortable position, a bath of soothing sound waves and healing frequencies will be sent washing over the body, encouraging deep relaxation and the release of any stored tension, stress and anxiety in the body while stimulating the brain into a meditative state.

What is a Sound Massage?

During a sound massage, Himalayan Singing Bowls will be placed directly on top the body and played. The weight of the Singing Bowls will send massage-like vibrations to be felt deep within the body and tissues, releasing & clearing energetic, physical and emotional blockages, as well as any stored tension held in muscles, joints and vital organs. Powerful Sound Vibrations and Healing Frequencies combine to reset the body's internal systems, promoting deep restorative healing. The 7 Main Chakra Singing Bowls will each be placed and played directly on the body, on top of the associated chakras, for targeted chakra balancing, activation and clearing. (Please Note For Safety Concerns: the Singing Bowls cannot be placed or played anywhere on the body that has had recent surgery within the past 3 months; or over any metal plates/metal rods inserted in the body; or on the stomach/torso area if pregnant, or on the chest/over heart if have pacemaker. All participants will be asked at the beginning of the session to provide verbal confirmation assuming knowledge of these safety concerns and take on personal liability).

Most leave a Sonic Sound Bath + Sound Massage session feeling more balanced, centered and relaxed with any pain, tension or anxiety felt before the session greatly reduced.

In a “Sonic Sound Bath", participants will be encouraged to interact as much as possible with the healing power of sound and vibrations. Powerful Sound Instruments like the Himalayan Singing Bowls will be played over and around the body, directing the vibrations of the singing bowls to be felt deep within. Himalayan Singing Bowls will be played over, around and directly on top the body for a "Sound Massage" like experience. By the end of the session, the 7 main energy centers of the body (chakras) will be more open, balanced and aligned, bringing harmony and improvement of energy flow in the body, while also promoting relaxation, relief with pain, accelerating the healing process.

This will be a 1.5-2 hour intensive healing sound bath experience where attendees will receive sound and vibrational therapy from many sound healing instruments as well as a personalized sonic sound massage. Please allow extra time for a proper introduction and discussion before and after the session.

This group session will max out at 4 people so that more personal attention can be given to each attendee and the 2 couples. Group sessions will remain small to ensure a safe & proper space for healing. This is not a typical sound bath experience or sound meditation. This is an intense experience and is only recommended for those serious about starting their individual healing journeys and are ok with being totally immersed in loud sounds and powerful sound vibrations. This event is not recommended for those sensitive of hearing to loud or high pitch noises made from smaller singing bowls or large gongs.

No meditation experience is required. All you have to do during the session is try to relax and be open to receiving the sounds and massaging vibrations from the Singing Bowls when played over and on top the body. You will be encouraged to either sit or lay down on the floor. Chairs are available for those who cannot sit or lay down on the floor. (Please advise before the session if a chair will be needed). Yoga Mats, Rugs, Pillows, Towels, Eye Coverings and Blankets will be provided.

No Walk-Ins. No exceptions. The room has to be prepared for the session in advance. Online Registration is the only Guaranteed Reservation. We have the right to cancel the event due to lack of attendance or registration by the end of ticket sales. Event may also be canceled in advance or postponed if booked for private event or private session.

Direct payment must include the ticket price ($100.00) plus the 8.8% NYC sales tax ($8.87). Which equals to a total of $108.87 direct payment required to hold the reservation per person.

Cancellations or Refund Requests must be received 5 days before event date. Requests to Reschedule and/or Transfer Tickets to another event must be received 48 hrs before the event date and time in order for a transfer request to be granted. Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable. No Show Attendee tickets will not be granted a refund, credit or transfer request.

Please keep/bring minimal personal belongings. Space is extremely limited. Management will not be responsible for any personal belongings left behind, lost or stolen.

All group sessions are video recorded by the Management for security and insurance purposes. By attending you agree to be video recorded. Management may use copies of the video recordings at their own discretion.
